Qualifications Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license (for driver positions; CDL may be required for tractor-trailer roles)
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Physical ability to lift, lower, and carry packages up to 70 lbs
- Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays depending on role
Additional Requirements
For Package Handlers / Warehouse Associates (Part-Time or Full-Time):
Load, unload, and sort packages in warehouses or trucks
Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts safely
Scan and label packages for accurate tracking
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Support operational efficiency in the facility
For Delivery Drivers (Full-Time):
Safely operate UPS delivery trucks and follow all traffic laws
Deliver and pick up packages on assigned routes within Maryland
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Complete electronic logs and package documentation
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
For Corporate / Administrative Roles (Full-Time):
Provide support in operations, logistics planning, or customer service
Manage scheduling, reporting, and process improvement tasks
Collaborate with management to achieve business goals
Ensure compliance with UPS standards and federal/state regulations
